Nerdageddon! The next Narnia movie announced, new trailer for The Hobbit

Today was just any other day. October 1. No big deal.

Then a Nerdnado met a Nerdocalypse and we get Nerdageddon!

First, we get the new trailer for The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug and it looks amazing.

But then, if that wasn't enough. News broke on Twitter that a new Chronicles of Narnia movie was happening. Mark Gordon is producing The Silver Chair.

The Silver Chair will be a joint venture between The Mark Gordon Company and The C.S. Lewis Company, with Douglas Gresham, C.S. Lewis' stepson.

Gresham said, "I have a great deal of respect for Mark Gordon's work and am confident that together we can bring the beauty and magical delight that Narnia engenders in the hearts of those who read the books to the screen in The Silver Chair. I am very much looking forward to diving once more into Narnia, this time with Mark Gordon and his team."

As of now, there is no other news to report, but seriously could us nerds handle anything else today?

Please, fantasy and sci-fi writers and producers, no more great news today. My heart can't take anything else.
