I'm not entirely sure the nerd in me can wait until December 14 when The Hobbit hits theaters. Judging from this latest trailer, Bilbo's adventure is shaping up to be the epic it should be.
The movie comes out the day I graduate from seminary. I thought this would work out perfectly – lots of family in town means lots of babysitters – but my wife seems to think that would be rude. I think otherwise. I feel certain missing The Hobbit on opening day would be much more rude and unacceptable.
Perhaps, we could have a riddle contest to decide the winner. If I win, I will be content to simply go to the movie. I'm not saying I'll have to eats her whole. If she wins, she can come to the movie, too. That's what I call a win-win. Right?
